Alan Grant

Design and Development Director

Alan provides extensive experience of over 30 years and is a notable figure in the exterior lighting sector. He acted as a figurehead in providing the latest technology to advance luminaires that creates cost and energy-saving solutions as well as improves luminaire reliability

and user experience.

Jason Patey

Head of Group IT

With over 15 years’ worth of experience in the tech industry, 8 of those being with the DW Windsor Group, Jason provides technical assistance and knowledge to support the operational needs of the business.

Graham Skinner

Operations Manager

Graham brings over 33 years of invaluable and knowledgeable expertise within the lighting industry, all while acting as Education Officer for the ILP London Region. Having worked on contracts in private, local authority and government sectors, he provides a hands-on, proactive, supportive approach to every project, delivering cost and energy savings.

Peter Burbidge

Head of Commercial

With 13 years of experience in the Highways / Lighting Industry with four of those being at the forefront of developing Smart Highway solutions. Peter is responsible for the Commercial activities of the business and provides technical experience to support our development.
